A Nonprofit Organization for
Information Exchange

The National Park Concessioner Association offers services to small and mid-size concessioners providing visitor services to the National Park Service. Additionally, companies supporting concessioners on national parks are also welcome to participate and offer suggestions and assistance.

Operating through the Internet, a secure Web site, emails, and the US Mail, the Association offers frequent updates on topics of importance to all concessioners, suggestion for planning for the future, preparing for competitive procurements, and assistance in delivering visitor services under the new contracts. An annual meeting will take place in convenient locations with frequent workshops and special educational events available.

The National Park Concessioner Association agenda is set by the members and actions are taken based on majority vote by membership. The advantages of small and mid-sized concessioners will be emphasized and as a body will set forth recommendations to the National Park Service Concessions Management Program, other Federal agencies, and our political representatives.
